Get Fast Awards

 

Our "Get Fast Awards" are based on the results from our speed workouts. Depending on the time of the year, we may have results for Fly 10's, 20 yard dashes, 30 yard dashes, and 40 yard dashes. Check out our Instagram and Facebook to see our speed results and awards. 

 

We reward our student-athletes who can attain a certain MPH during our testing, using the Dashr laser timing system. If you meet one of the MPH criteria below you will earn yourself a nice wristband to show off your accomplishments. See the MPH and bracelets below.

Boys = 22 MPH / Girls = 20 MPH

 

BLACK MAMBA

(Fastest snake on the planet)

Boys = 21.5 MPH / Girls = 19.5 MPH

 

CHEETAH

(Fastest land animal on the planet)

Boys = 21 MPH / Girls = 19 MPH

 

PRONGHORN 

(Fastest animal in North America)

Boys = 20.5 MPH / Girls = 18.5 MPH

 

GREYHOUND

(Fastest dog on the planet)

Boys = 20 MPH / Girls = 18 MPH

 

JACKRABBIT

(One of the fastest animals in South Dakota)

Boys = 19.5 MPH / Girls = 17.5 MPH

 

COYOTE

(One of the fastest animals in South Dakota)

Boys = 19 MPH / Girls = 17 MPH

 

BISON

(One of the most deceptively fast and agile animals in South Dakota)

Boys = 18 MPH / Girls = 16 MPH
