LOREN KAMBESTAD ELEMENTARY CROSS COUNTRY SERIES

 

 

 

This is a free four-event series for 4th and 5th graders in the Black Hills named for Loren Kambestad, a teacher and coach who started the program over 30 years ago.  Events will be held on Monday afternoons with the same schedule each week: K-3 Co-ed Exhibition Race @ 4:15pm, 4th grade girls @ 4:30pm, 4th grade boys @ 4:45pm, 5th grade girls @ 5:00pm, and 5th grade boys at 5:15pm. Courses will be approximately 1000 meters in length. All participants will receive a ribbon and refreshments at each event.
